Poi Chi Exercise Turn
The basic body exercise to learn about plane, rhythm, and combination of directions.
All the moves are based on CIRCLE, so this exercise will smooth your arm moves and body movement. So this exercise will make better performance for all the object manipulation and dance moves.
!!Caution!!
Poi-Chi with poi is intermediate level or higher. If you are still beginners, I recommend to practice without poi, and if you get moves very smoothly, then try poi in short time.
Don't forget stretch your wrist, arm, shoulder before practice too!
