Basic Flower Exercise

Summary

I can do basic flower, but not really looks great... If you feel something like that, this exercise is for you!

Note!

Count the rhythm when poi comes into the center position [shoulder], then say 1, 2, 3, 4, in your mind or speak out.
Make sure your vertical and horizontal arm position.
Make sure your plane is on parallel side plane, not bended.

How to

  1. Spin poi on vertical position. Repeat counting 4.
  2. #1, make half extended circle [big arm circle] and change arm position.
  3. Count #2, #3, #4 on the vertical position
  4. Repeat it and practice both direction!
  5. Practice horizontal position too.
