Poi Chi Exercise | Side Plane Same Time Opposite Direction
Summary
Butterfly move on the side plane.
You'll get more comfortable if you twist body when arms coming on horizontal positions.
Tips
!!Caution!!
Poi-Chi with poi is intermediate level or higher. If you are still beginners, I recommend to practice without poi, and if you get moves very smoothly, then try poi in short time.
Don't forget stretch your wrist, arm, shoulder before practice too!
