ウォール面:スプリットタイム、オポジット回転のポイ体操です。

縦のライン、水平のラインをしっかりと通るように意識し、体の前に綺麗な円を描くように腕を動かしましょう。

Tips

Poi-Chi with poi is intermediate level or higher. If you are still beginners, I recommend to practice without poi, and if you get moves very smoothly, then try poi in short time.
Don't forget stretch your wrist, arm, shoulder before practice too!
