S.B.A.F. Horizonal Linear Isolation catch
Summary
Catch the poi when poi retrurn on horizontal linear isolation. You can catch right after the first linear isolation, but if you can catch on the way back, you willl have more choice how you perfom.
Don't catch the strings, but softly catch the poi head, and don't loose the flow.
