BTH Horizontal Stall Practice Onehand with Contentious



Summary

One hand continnus practice with turn for Split Top Horizontal Stall move.

How to

  1. Beging with inward hip real move.
  2. Make compact stall to BTH after poi passing the bottom on BTB plane. Keep the poi trail as compact as possible, try to poi height lower than top of your head.
  3. Make hip reel turn right after the stall.
  4. Make the stall to BTH again after poi comes down to the buttom on BTB pane
  5. Rhythm of poi is, down( turn ), down, stall, down (turn), down, stall. 3 beat rhythm.

Tips

Keep the poi trail as compact as possible, try to poi height lower than top of your head. Stall nice and straight.
