Shoulder Reel Pirouette
Summary
This is a turn with the combination of Carry Turn and Shoulder Reel Turn.
There is no specific definition of 'pirouette', however, the turn with the minimum spin is called 'pirouette' with the combination of the turns.
The pirouette includes Reel Turn is a full turn while the poi spins twice, so it gives you enough time to turn.
How to
- Make a turn from forward spinning to backward spinning by doing Carry Turn.
Then go back to the same position by doing Shoulder Reel Turn.
Spin less after you are familiar with this sequence.

It's in good shape when there is no etra spins and the poi spins once at in front and behind your body while making a 360° turn.
Let's practice on the other side as well.
Tips
You can turn by taking one step to turn or pivot one foot and turn around the same point, either way is possible when you make a turn.
It enables you to move forward and back if you take a step to turn.
Pay attention to the movements of footworks as well and find other awesome ways to turn.
