Practice One poi and see how it moves.

How to

  • Always imagine that you spin poi in the horizontal and vertical line.
  • Move your arm to the next position when poi spins inside ( to sholder ).
  • Open your sholder when you spin poi in behind, horizontal position. Otherwise you might heart your shoulder and also you won't have comfortable space.
  • Once you practice all the position for a while, move the other arm without poi and feel the balance of the body, arm and poi.
  • Practice both arm, and both direction.
