Arm Roll Outside
Summary
This is a roll move that the poi roll from the outside to the inside of the body. Roll in the direction to the inner elbow from the palm.
How to
- Hold the poi head and spin the konb. Arm is in a fixed state, and spinning with the wrist.
- Release the poi when the knob comes to the top of the rotation, then poi starts rolling on the arm.
- Drop the head on the outside of the arm when the poi rolled to the elbow. Then cacth the knob.
Tips
- Since the roll is by centrifugal force, instead of rolling arms, do not move your arm as much as possible.
- Try to keep your arm and hand straight line horizontally.
